The Apartment
A spacious living room with a kitchenette and three bedrooms, each of which has a private bathroom. The panoramic glazing from floor to ceiling on the sea-viewing side (living room and two bedrooms). Picture windows with glass panes of 43 m2 (openable to 2/3) face the sea, the sky, and the sunset over the active Stromboli volcano.
The minimalist-style renovation was performed four years ago using designer finishing materials. A fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, dishwasher, etc.). A home cinema with a projector and an enormous motorized 3.5x2 m screen. THE ATTIC
The townhouse. More than 300 years of history
IMPORTANT! The townhouse is located on the mountain, 41 m above sea level. The apartment occupies the whole last (the second from the entrance door side) floor. There is no lift. Only people ready for a moderate physical load while lifting can live here. If you are healthy, this is even useful. However, people of age or those not physically active may not like this.
